RHH: Can someone explain the whole Makaveli/LatJ thing to me?

I've been on YA and RHH about a year, over a couple different
accounts, but I haven't really been more than a semi-Reg in this
section. I've spent a little more time in this section as of late and
noticed the dislike for Makaveli.

I saw someone on a earlier question say Makaveli and LatJ were the
same person.
