Harry Potter midnight showing question: What time should I go to the theater?

We have tickets to the 12:04 am showing, reserved seats.
Is it still necessary to get there hours early even with seating
claims? Or, will they start giving seats away at midnight?

I've never been before, so sorry if this sounds stupid.
